Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We currently do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on:

  • Apparel
  • Physical Journals
  • Digital products or eBooks

Please review product descriptions, sizing information and order details carefully before purchasing.

Exceptions:

If your apparel or physical journal arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation at:

 To help us review and resolve your request efficiently, please include:

  • Your order number
  •  Clear photos of the product and packaging upon delivery
  •  A brief description of the issue

We’ll gladly review the issue and provide a replacement if applicable.

 Apparel must remain unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached in order to be eligible for review or replacement consideration. 

Digital products, downloadable content, and eBooks are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once delivered.
